Mittens in September?!!!

That's right, we're wearing mittens in september...we went ice skating. There is an ice rink almost across the street, so saturday night we went ice skating. They even had little skates for Camden. They have stackable buckets that the kids can hold onto, so london held on while we pushed her. Cam preferred that Jared carry him, which was fine until they informed us it is against the rules, and he hated being down on his own...his legs would just about go into the splits...then when he had really had it he just picked up his legs and refused to put them back on the ice. At that point Jared and I took turns sitting out with the kids and skating by ourselves. We had fun, but skating hunched over left Jared and I with back aches!!
