Gingerbread houses

Daddy headed up a great gingerbread house night at our house. We began by visting the bulk candy section at our awesome grocery store...and loading up on anything that would be fun to put on a gingerbread house. Jared's house took 3 sittings over two or three days and turned out amazing. It included a woodpile, vegetable garden, wild flowers, shrub lined mosic path, candy cane fence and all the other decorative fixing. The kids had a blast and their houses were really cute! We let them do it themselves and were quite impressed by 2 and 4 year old decorators...and they were yummy!!!
