Apple Picking
We just learned about the east coast apple picking tradition a few weeks ago from Jen Smith in Boston, and then learned that it is also big here. We went for our first time and found it is WONDERFUL. You pay for a bag and then get a free ride out into orchards where you can eat all the apples you want and take home as many as you can fit in your bag. Our timing was perfect. The apples were delicious, the day was perfect and it is the perfect fall timing. The leaves that are going to be beautiful this year are, and the open spaces around the orchards are spectacular. We had a wonderful time and ended the experience with fresh apple cider and apple cider donuts. I think we just found a new yearly fall tradion!

Oh, that looks like so much fun!!! Guess what, now that we live east of the Mississippi I think that officially makes us "neighbors." We need to visit!!! What city do you live in again? Oh, your kiddos are so adorable. Jed and Addy would have so much fun trying to rip each others' limbs off. :c) I love your family so much - kisses and hugs from the three of us, Vanessa
